BBQ Chicken Wings 3 ways

Sweet and Sticky Maple Wings

Preheat oven to 400°

Ingredients:

12 chicken wings

1/4 cup Smoked Maple Syrup

¾ tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

3 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp grated garlic

1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients well and marinate wings for 20 min to 1 hr.

Smokey Asian
Flavor Wings

Ingredients:

12 chicken wings

3 tbsp. Smoked Soy Sauce

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp grated garlic

2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

1/tsp baking soda

2 tbsp. water

3
scallions, sliced thin, add 1 to the marinade and save the rest for garnish

 

Instructions:

Mix
all ingredients well and marinate wings for 20 min to 1 hr.

Caribbean Spiced Wings

Ingredients:

12 chicken wings

3 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tbsp. Caribbean Island Spice

½ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients well and marinate wings for 20 min to 1 hr.

Cooking Instructions:

Remove
wings from marinade(s). and place skin side down on foil lined baking sheet,
roast for 10 minutes turn and roast 20 min more until browned and crispy.
